Club Online Registration


Player must tryout and coach must contact director with acceptance of player

Fee: $245 for U8-U10, $280 for U11-U14, $280 for U15-U19 plus any team fee, tournament fee, late fee, trainer fee or any per diem if applicable.  "This fee includes new registrar fee".  A player card will not be issued if there are any missing registration items or fees.

All documents must be turned in complete or player will be placed on a waiting list.
No Refunds of player registrations fees will be granted for the 2011-2012 season.  Rostered players must remain for the assigned team until the end of season or until the commitment period ends.  Further, no refunds will be granted if the team disbands or the coach leaves.  The club will make every attempt to replace the coach where available.

No partial refunds, no special considerations will be considered.  All coaches are briefed monthly on refund policies.  Each coach is responsible for their assigned team and it is their responsibility to maintain constant communications with each participant.  Our club provides all timely information posted on this official website, all needed paperwork and a reasonable administrative player cards and registration forms.

    $280 U11 and older

    $245 U10 and older

PayPal processing fee is included for approved players making payments
    Make arranged payment or donation, no player ID until full payment is made.        

An email confirmation will go out to you and your coach.


Registration fees include CalSouth fees, program administration fees, gaming circuit, circuit referee and assignor fees, uniforms, circuit game fees, insurance, league and team application fees.
If paying by check, Make check payable to Westfield SC or Menifee YSL.
Bounced checks $25 for bank fees.
Extra fees assessed by the teams in order to train in scrimmage sessions, or participate in tournaments or clinics or skill sessions are the responsibility of those participants.  These extra items are not included in club registration fees.
All coaches are entitled to accept trainer fees, per diem or stipends, so as long as the parents and the coach/trainer have agreed on the monthly fee. 
Fundraising or seeking donor sponsorships are encouraged and as of 12/01/11 90% of fundraised dollars will go to teams and 10% will go to club general fund.  Fundraising, sponsorships, donations are allowed and must be approved by the club director.  These funds can be used directly for the player, team or club.

Must return all player cards at the end of each season, cards are property of Cal South and these cards are processed and held by the club administrators.  At no time will a coach or team assistant pass off a player card without proper paperwork and documentation and associated fees.
